Ive seen this a lot in the many groups Ive played with… Everyone attacking different targets which means killing slower and burning more power. A little known secret is to target your tank and attack him! If you are a healer and you target your tank you can use your offensive spells on him and they will automatically be forwarded to the mob he is targeting. When he needs to be healed just throw a heal at him without ever having ot switch targets. Invaluable. (This works for any class)
