How to Get a Goblin Bag (Everquest 2 stratics)

On the Isle of Refuge, you can get a medium bag. This all bags you can buy currently are small.

Here is how to get it.

In the last camp, there is a named mob called a Goblin Planner. He will drop a medium size bag. He spawns right in front of the tent about every 5th pop.

It’s at 168,0,-173 on the Refuge Island.
